| On 12/31/2001, the Strategic Initiatives Fund balance was $1,267,661. Funds are
distributed by direction of the MBC Executive Board. The amount remaining in this
Fund -- now being used by the Executive Board to fund the MBC Lawsuit lawyers -- is
approximately ($2,647,095.31). |
